Very bad Dentist!!! Treat senior patient so bad!!! Her decision only based on x-ray pictures, not even looked the senior patient mouth problem. My father, 83-year-old, Chinese speaking, waited at the waiting area around 40 minutes, then led to X- ray. After X-ray, he was guided to other room and sat on dental chair and waited about the other 20 minutes. Dr. Lee and one female assistant came and asked, why come today? My father told Dr. Lee his upper both sides gum has pain for 3 days. Dr. Lee said, your five upper teeth need to be extracted, I tried to show her two pictures on my I-phone X about the cavity hole, she disdained to give a glance on pictures, her assistant leaned on desk and said, doctor only uses X-ray, not your pictures, go to waiting area, the front desk will give you referral to see oral surgeon. I tried few times to explain more, the assistant overlapped on me and repeated, go to waiting area…
Total less than one-minute interview, Dr. Lee did not even open my father’s mouth and look his problem. Then kick him out.
