If you are wiling to pay 3 times the normal rate for a job, then 4M is the perfect company for you. Mayin shows up to my project and he tells me the whole top layer of my house has to be re-bricked and re-done. Then when I asked him to focus on project he comes up with a ridiculous number which was 3 times the prices of 3 other companies.

Mayin, who is the owner, supervised all the work. I have had interaction with several water proofing firms in my time as a homeowner and 4M stands high above the others. From the estimate, which was very thorough and informative, to the execution, Mayin and his company gave it all. I look for short cuts and at any point where that would have happened in the past, 4M took the high road and never cut a corner. It was obvious the crew liked working with each other and for Mayin, but they were also pleasant and respectful of the environment of their hosts. They get my highest rating.
