We were filming a movie in town, and they built a fence to the exact specifications (drawing) that our creative director had drawn for the particular scene. And they were the third company we had out to do this - the other two were unable to build the fence that we wanted. Their crew was competent, professional, and were uniquely qualified carpenters. They showed up on time for the quotation, and they were perfectly on time for the construction. I give them my highest regards!

The product is great. The company is good until the sale is made. Quality of work is sloppy. Customer service is less than poor. Was ignored for 3 months after project was completed before receiving a return call. That said, call was returned issues were never resolved. Love the look of my yard, hate the memories of the process, try to not dwell on the areas done wrong or poorly and never corrected. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We are seniors - we asked A LOT of questions, and required A LOT of time. Hansen Bros staff was always courteous and knowledgeable - from sales to customer service to installation. And we could not be happier with the fence - beautiful. Last fall, we recommended Hanson Bros to two of our neighbors who also hired Hansen Bros to install their fences. Thank you.

Terrible. Poor workmanship, unresponsive to issues that need to be addressed. Fence is only a few months old and already having problems. Workers do not use quality materials, no supervisor to verify work, left material and waste. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Had another fence company come to fix the issues, they recommended an entirely new fence.

We had an unsightly neighbor, who refused to cooperate with us and the city. Because of this it was a complicated installation, and despite the trouble my neighbor caused Hansen Bros remained professional and more importantly patient! There people handled a complex situation with grace and professionalism, and the finished installed privacy fence is beyond compare. Consider us more than satisfied :)

Hansen Bros Fence had done several fences in our neighborhood, so they had come highly reccommended, and as such we had high expectations. We accepted other bids but in all honesty we were going to go with Hansen Bros regardless. And they lived up to our lofty expectations - we would reccommend them!

I am a senior with a small dog and my snow shovel boy broke my fence gate, and my dog escaped. It was an EMERGENCY for me to get it fixed - I called three companies - two companies quoted me a mininmum of $500!!! And those over-charging companies would NOT guarantee to be to my house that same day. Hansen Bros. Fence was cordial, empathetic, and came over immediately. Furthermore they quoted me $300 on the phone, and ended-up charging me $200. I was happily surprised! Good people.

Too my husbands disappointment, we entertained 6 bids. And Hansen Bros Fence was among the lowest in pricing, and was easily the most customer friendly. In fact I've dealt with several different contractors since our whole builing project started 3 years ago, and Hansen Bros was the easiest of them all -- they did what they said they were going to do, for the price they quoted, and did so with a smile! After signing the contract we did nothing and worried about nothing - it was a refreshing stress-free change from most contractors. They come highly recommended in my book!
