I found Ellen to unprepared; my side came to mediation prepared. We had provided bank statements, lists of assets and other documentation per her request. She either didn’t request the same items from opposing counsel or was not willing to share those items with our side. She interrupted me on several occasions and spent very little time with me during the process. Perhaps the most disappointing I felt judged and dismissed by her behavior. I would urge you not to use her in any capacity.
