Hired the attorney Jason Gannetti November 20, 2015 to solve my immigration status which was being changed to F1 (student status).
I was completely misguided and misrepresented, I had to be calling or texting every week for new update about my situation but in fact there was no update because in fact nothing was done!
On January 21 I had to ask an opinion from another attorney because it didn't seem right to me what the attorney Jason was doing so this new attorney explained to me what should be done by the first day I stepped on his office which is a crucial document which was a request for an new F1 visa which he didn't do. Misrepresented, misguided and he took my money, he said he won't give me back because of the ours he worked, well he was paid to solve my problem and he didn't and now my problem is bigger due to all this time that he wasted doing nothing.
