Provided by YP.comWhen I read the only other reveiw I didn't want to hire this business but with limited competition I needed who was available. Also it is a lot easier to go out of your way
to post a neg reveiw than to be a satisfied client and look to pat someone on the back. Part of the overall restoration is lining up subcontractors to take care of different duties needed to complete a repair. My experience was the subcontractors delaying the overall project, not Total Maintenence. Total Maintenence tried to keep me a satisfied customer! As far as expensive...try doing the restoration yourself and see if you still think you paid too much...soot is nasty stuff!!
