I am very satisfied with their work. They came promptly on a late Friday afternoon to diagnose a plumbing problem and came early Monday morning to fix the problem. I could tell their goal was to satisfy.

I talked to them on the phone twice, and after a couple of estimated timeframes of 1-2 days, I haven't seen them after a month and a half.
