An ill advised tooth extraction, misdiagnosed fractured jaw and a mouth guard that misaligned my teeth has made my life hell. I am still undergoing remedial dentistry and seeing other physicians for the horrible state I am left in. I can barely chew and have lost 30 pounds. I have suffered every day for over two years. The worst mistake of my life was entering his office. I have no quality of life. My retirement years are ruined.
