Keith did some major landscaping to convert our pebble front yard (with fabric barrier) into a beautiful lawn. He and his crew trucked in 3 or 4 yards of rich topsoil, relocated at least a ton of pebbles, and pulled up all the fabric barrier that was completely useless anyway.

He beautifully contoured the yard for drainage, installed an irrigation system that has worked flawlessly for the past 3 years, and put in turf that has stood the test of Oregon coastal weather, burrowing critters, and encroaching weeds.

We paid top dollar for a top-notch quality job and are still very happy with it. Considering our bad experiences with contractors on the Oregon coast since moving here 4 years ago, Keith is still our best contractor experience.

We highly recommend him but be prepared to pay for what you get.

I used Keith to install a very extensive landscape plan that included a small pond. All his work was done exceptionally well and on time. His uses some sort of special microbial fertilizer which made a big difference in the health of the plants. I can tell those he planted and those I had others plant just by their size and health. I would highly recommend Keith. I received the "most improved property of the month" award from the Brookings Mayor years ago, in part due to the work Keith did for me.

I hired the guy that does the beautiful computer generated landscape plans (that the customer below refers to) and got taken for THOUSANDS of dollars. The DA prosecuted him and he was found guilty of criminal charges. I hired Keith to fix all the incompetencies and nightmare problems I've had ever since. Keith is always hard-working, willing to help, polite, professional, well-mannered, knowledgeable in his career, an absolute pleasure to work with, and frankly, I don't even know what I ever would have done without him! I only wish I had found him first before the other criminal. He doesn't have time for CADD drawings and computer invoices because he's much too busy running his company and trying to satisfy his customers. He has an excellent reputation and is in good standing with the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board. I highly recommend him. He isn't inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for. If anything does go wrong, he'll come back to fix it and stands behind his work. He has very high standards and work ethics which I find extremely refreshing and appreciate so very much.

Keith is the worst "business" I have ever experienced in either Oregon or Arizona in the last 5 years.



He charged us as retired new people to Brookings $500 for a landscape drawing my 9 year old grandson could have had produced in less than an hour - done BY HAND. Keith has no computer skills at all... not even MS word for delivering quotes or a real architectural drawing tool for real & compelling architectural needs - not the "nice to have and variable" landscaping hand drawn diagrams.



We hired him to produce a viable wall. Tsk.
