I ordered flowers via the internet and these incompetent people were incapable of handling the order. Supposedly Debbie or Becky whoever female Walrath family member who answered the phone was completely incapable of fulfilling an order for my cousin's FUNERAL. They are the worst. Of course I was upset because she did not even TRY to communicate with me via email (my phone messages say do not leave a message). I would rather walk flowers from New York City for a funeral than to rely on these incompetent and uncaring people.
