Provided by YP.comI would NEVER recommend or advice ANYONE to get this service. I was locked into this service in 2005 and at the time was unaware of the competitve rates that were much less than this company so I went ahead and got my home protected through them. I pay over 30 dollars a month for home protection, and the normal monthly fee is only 19.99 a month. When I tried to cancel my service after 2 years of service I was told I could not and would have to wait until my 3 year term is up. The beginning of 2008 I called again and which was the year my agreement was up and they explained to me that I could not cancel or I would be charged an additonal fee for cancelling too early. I explained I didn't want to get out of the contract I just didn't want it to renew for another 3 years but they yelled stating they will send my contract again and I would have to wait to send a letter. I waited several months and in September I faxed a letter stating I wanted my service to not continue in November and after my contract is completed, please do not renew it. I got a call a week after I faxed my letter stating that I sent the letter in too late and that my contract will renew for an additional 3 years and I sent the letter one week after the due date. I spoke to several supervisors and managers and they all gave me the run around stating there is nothing I can do because I should have sent it a week earlier and I am tied into the contract again. I explained they have on record I have been trying to cancel for over a year now but they told me every time I called I could not. I am a VERY UNHAPPY customer and will not recommend anyone to deal with such a company that does not put their customers first. As a real estate agent I will never recommend anyone that buys a home from me to deal with them and will spread the word of their unfair and poor customers service Connective Home gave me!!!

Provided by SuperpagesIf your having a new home built and need it pre wired for any thing from home stereo to alarm systems, LOOK ELSEWHERE! They have a terrible sales staff, who do not know there own products. The technician I dealt with was extremely good, however, he could not over come the companies shortcomings in scheduling and follow ups. My sony home share system has been installed for nearly a year and still is not working properly. TV's go in and out and the universal remotes interfere with each other. These on going problems that I'm having changed my mind for having the alarm system that they installed monitored by them. The bottom line is if your having a detailed job done look somewhere else.
