If I could I would give this company no stars!not only were they downright unprofessional, but they were incredibly rude. I spent $60 in the store last night preparing for a huge party. All of the employees were standing around on their phones. I approached the registers and and asked for help reaching my bags, as they were left on or behind the counter and was ignored. I reached them the best I could. Today while unpacking to begin setting up, I noticed I am missing a bag. I called and explained the experience to the Owner of the store and she treated me like a criminal. She not only called me a liar and told me to check my car (they were party trays and my car is empty) but she refused to allow me to pick up my left bag. She said if it was left overnight it stays at the store. I warn you now, do not shop this location. There is another store a few blocks away and two large dollar stores in Aston!
