Always friendly with superb cleaning skills! My carpet always smells amazing and looks clean!

Every aspect of dealing with Kiwi is professional and reliable. They have cleaned our carpets for 5 years and they have always showed up when they were supposed to and done an great job. Their customer service is a pleasure to work with.

I love the year warranty program for carpet cleaning. I don't regularly think to get my carpets cleaned, but the $4 a room reclean fee can't be beat within the year! It's a nice reminder and every year some type of stain has popped up from the kids or animals. It's nice not to have to look for a new deal.

I haven't used Kiwi Services for several years, but in scheduling the current appointment, I was reminded of how impressed I had always been with their customer service. They were consistently courteous and always made every effort to assure satisfaction with all aspects including the cost. I don't remember that I ever experienced any issues with the job performed.

The cleaning has always been exceptional and the technitions thorough. I love the look of the my carpets after they have been raked! Just like new again. I get a full bottle of cleaner with each visit. All of this and I haven't mentioned the smell!! It is wonderful!! Happy customer here!

I've been using kiwi for over three years and overall I've been sastified with the service. I can only remember one instance where I was waiting for tech and they called me and had to reschedule but I know things happen but they gave me a discount on next visit.
