When I first visited this location, I was very happy with Dr. Parikh and her services. However, as time has gone on, I've noticed that the practice has dwindled.



I've been forced to make multiple appointments (which means more office visit payments) for each separate problem I was having, rather than the doctor taking her time and going over everything with me at one time. As a full-time employee, I don't have the time to go to the doctor three times in three weeks, especially when I have to wait almost three hours each time.



It's obvious that the practice is short-staffed and overworked. The last time I went, one of the nurses was sick! She was telling me how she could not find anyone to cover her, so she had to work anyways. I'm not sure about you, but I want to go to the doctor to help me feel better, not to get sick from a contagious nurse.



I've called and left multiple messages, but I’ve almost never received a response. I’m also dealing with the SSA and disability offices for my mom. They need medical records and I’ve gotten a phone call from the disability office telling me that they have tried to contact Georgia Clinic multiple times to get those records, but to no avail. I shouldn’t have to chase someone down to get medical records for an important matter such as completing a request for the SSA or disability office. I already have a full-time job and don’t need to add “trying to get medical records from the doctor” to my resume.



I’m very disappointed in this practice and once I (finally) get the medical records that I need, I’ll be looking for another doctor.
