This was the first time Reagan has ever seen a groomer, she was welcomed with open arms right away and enjoyed playing with all the dogs. There are no kennels, so she was running free and having fun. Melissa and her staff have a great love for animals and excellent customer services skills. I will for sure be returning to this SPA! Great job Melissa

NEW OWNER! BEWARE of this place. Took my 4 1/2 month old puppy there today and made the appointment stating "trim around eyes, trim beard under chin and trim toenails. Also sent same info on a note so there was no confusion on what I wanted. He came back with all of his fur cut off from head to toe!! If I could post a picture on here of the slaughter they did to my puppy, I would. My puppy is actually embarrassed! If I wanted ANY of his body trimmed, I would have asked.

I have been taking my Teddy Bear RascAl to a business in Waukesha for the last 7 yeArs. Thank god their groomer has recently left and they are now without one. This is how I discovered Styl,n . My boyfriend dropped our dog off for grooming and I was the one picking him up. I was so impressed just walking thru the door. I just happened to look over the gate and there was Rascal. I hardly recognized him! He even had a cute blue little bow in his hair. I really could not believe how amazing he looked. He was so happy. He wasn't in a cage or chained up in the back waiting for my arrival, he was there in front unleashed playing and SMILING A LOT. No other groomer has ever done such a fantastic job. All I can say is WOW. HILLARY Was our groomer. She was amazing!

Rascal actually smiled the entire way home. It was a GREAT Experience for Rasc and my family. THANKS SO MUCH HILLARY!!!!! We will be back. I encourage everyone to go to STYL'N. The extra drive is well worth it :)

I just uploaded a picture of Murphy after yesterday's spa day! Boy, does she look great! Being a Maltipoo, her very straight coat is rather easily matted, so she needs to be groomed regularly. We've tried several groomers in the past, but will need to look no further! Murphy doesn't take well to being combed or brushed at home, BUT, we're told that she responded well to the groomer and behaved like a champ! All I know is, this is the best cut that our little 2 year old dog has ever had. We will most assuredly be back. THANK YOU!

This place is not what I expected. First, we asked when we called a max price for our dogs. When they finished we were charged another $75.00! My husband upon making the appointment asked specifically about pick up times. We were told between 4:30-5:00 pm. When they finished grooming my dogs, I was told I needed to be there no later than 4. I work at a busy clinic and had to find someone else to see my patients, not cool! Lastly, upon pick up I was told my dog had a severe ear infection, which he has never had before. I called my vet and got him in right away. Guess what- no infection! I was charged $65, very expensive day!

My dogs LOVE going to see them. A few bucks more than PETCO but well worth it to know your pup is in loving hands and playing freely. No stress and they always look GREAT!

Wow, I've taken my pets to NUMEROUS groomers but NONE of them have done a job anywhere NEAR as good as the staff here at Styln Companions. The spa always achieves as promised and always smells so nice! I will never take my pets to another groomer ever again. Styln Companions never dissapoints!

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I WALK INTO THIS PET SPA AFTER DRIVING BY ONE DAY. I HAD BEEN TAKING MY DOG TO P******D (WE WONT SAY THE NAME). THE MINUTE I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED BY A RECEPTIONIST THAT WAS SWEET FRIENDLY AND ALREADY TALKING TO MY DOG (sorry dont remember your name) SHE ANSWERED SOME OF MY QUESTIONS AND THEN INTRODUCED ME TO THE OWNER MELISSA, SHE ALSO WAS INTUNED WITH MY CHARLIE AND GAVE ME EVERY BIT OF INFORMATION AND THEN SOME. CHARLIE'S FIRST VISIT WAS EXCELLENT AND NOW I AM HOOKED. THE TIME AND EFFORT I SEE HER SPEND ON EACH DOG IS AMAZING. I CAME FOR MY SECOND APPOINTMENT AND RIGHT AWAY IT WAS "HI BUDDY COME ON IN" I RECOMMEND STYL'N COMPANIONS TO EVERYONE I MEET......GREAT JOB GIRLS!!!

I have taken my puppy "Boots" to this groomer three times now and it is a great place!



The first time, my puppy was so scared that they actually gave my dog a scissors cut instead of using the clippers, as he was afraid of the noise the clippers made.



Melissa ( the owner) is so friendly and genuinely cares about the pets - you can tell she is very passionate and treats my dog as if it were her own.



My dog now loves going there to be groomed and enjoys playing with the other dogs. I would rate this place a 10++++

I was so nervous reading reviews while searching for a pet groomer for my little Charlie! I came across Styl'n Companions pet spa, based off the "ALL 5 star" review....I had to take the far drive and pay the little extra. Charlie hates being groomed at home, so I was a little nervous since i knew he would be work. When I came to get him, he was sooooooo incredibly happy and looked wonderful. The Staff was awesome and caring. They were very helpful and made me feel soooo comfortable. I am very pleased, and cant wait got his next grooming. He looked Awesome...... :o) Very impressed! Thanks girls......SOOOO MUCH!

We are very pleased with the care and treatment that is given at Styln Companions. It has been approximately 3 years now and we have comfortably referred several clients to Melissa. It is her personal touch that seems to make it okay to walk away while having to face a shaking, extremely sad and tremendously dramatic little soul. Whether or not they are social butterflies and love to play with all the others, each dog seems to be handled appropriately. The variety of services offerred is vast and we appreciate the reminder call prior to appointments. We are happy to drive a fair distance for this service and thank you Melissa and crew for all the attention you share with our special companion.

We are overprotective owners of two babied Golden's....6 yr old Casey and 3 yr old Belle. They are our children and deserved to be treated as such.....they would agree as well. Grooming is an important aspect of dog ownership....and we have two options ......I do the bathtub fight or someone else does. After my previous groomer left Milwaukee, I went through a trial period of other groomers until I found Styl'n Companions. Melissa's personality and friendliness that was extended to me, was also extended to my girls. It's more than friendly grooming - it's the care associated to the grooming that puts Styl'n Companions over the rest. I drop my girls off in a clean shop, knowing they will be taken care of, watched, allowed to interact with other dogs, and get a spa experience. Getting a health/inspection report of anything abnormal also shows the level of detail given of my girls. We go home with confidence, gratitude, clean fur, and some fun, handmade novelty items...for xmas we received glass ornaments with some fur trimmings inside.



This is a business run by professionals who care about your dogs, not by employees filling hours in a week. I would recommend Styl'n Companions for your furry children also.

Melissa has an awesome business, she is extremely caring of every pet. Our dog really does not care to get a bath or groomed, however Melissa at Styl'n Companions does a outstanding job of calming our dog and is extremely patient!!! Our dog actually runs to the door now when I bring her for her appointments. Our dog, Harley is treated like a princess and is very relaxed when I come to pick her up, (at least until she sees me, then she get's pretty excited!!!!) Melissa has also alerted us on several occasions that our dog had ear infections and after a vet visit she has always been right. I have been with Melissa for 8 years now when I first came to her I only had one Shih Tzu and over the next three years I have acquired a total of four. Every time I would come in with a new one Melissa would treat him as if it where her own. When she open her own spa it was such a pleasure to have the dogs be able to have freedom to roaming and socialize with the other dogs.

Melissa and Charlene both have so much love and compassion for their jobs and it reflects on how you see them treat all their clients and their owners. When I bring all four in for grooming all I have to do is open the car door and all four run in to the salon together. One time I brought a picture of each dog to show her just how I wanted them to look. She was so happy because she then could see how much to cut off and how I wanted their faces to look.



Melissa has been a great friend with the compassion and love for all and if you need a hug she is right there to give the best hug to make your day a little better.

A couple of years ago I saw an ad for Styl N Companions which mentioned that the dogs were allowed to roam freely. This appealed to me because I have heard some bad stories about groomers and have been avoiding them. However, I wanted my boys spiffed up for a Christmas portrait, so I decided to try Styl N Companions.



My Bernese Mountain dog and border collie-type mix came out beautifully trimmed and shaped up. The dogs all looked so happy when I came to pick them up. I was so pleased with the results.



During this past year, I have been fostering small breed dogs, such as Shih Tzus, Silky and Yorkie terriers, Maltese. All of these dogs, as well as presenting grooming challenges, present socialization challenges as well because they are all rescue dogs. I didn't hesitate to call Melissa and Charlene. I knew my fosters would be treated compassionately.



I would like to say that I think of Styl N Companions like a high-end hair salon as compared to a shopping center hair salon. Melissa and Charlene don't just groom--they know how to perform just a little bit more artistic magic with the dogs. They have always been very accommodating about bookings and I feel they are very reasonable in their rates.



Lastly, I have one more part to my story--Melissa's parents adopted one of my fosters last September.

We have been taking Kerbie, our golden doodle, to Stylin' Companions pretty much since it opened. We have been extremely pleased with the grooming done, and Kerbie has never complained of a bad haircut. She looks forward to her day "at the spa" every time. We wouldn't take her anywhere else.

We rescued a Shih-tzu a little over 2 months ago. Our dog absolutely loves coming to Melissa(owner of this pet spa), when she is around, my husband and I do not even exist. He follows Melissa's every move.

Melissa's passion for all kinds of animals truely is apparent by the animals response to her. I see the animals come running in and some even jump up on her table waiting to be pampered by her.

Our story is even sadder, because someone was very cruel to our little guy. To see the way our dog trusts Melissa is very heart felt. Her compassion is grooming and loving all of her clients, and their pets.

Her staff also have the same quality as she does, how could you not. Everyone there is a true professional and pet lover , that is what sets Styln' Companions apart from the rest.

Stylin companions has been grooming my bearded collie and bischon-poo for approx. 3yr. now and I don't know what I'd do without them.They have a state of the art facility that is always clean and in addition to the wonderful grooming they receive, they also have social time with the other dogs. Melissa and her employees do superior grooming fit for show.She is also good at giving helpful hints on grooming tools to use between appointments to keep the dogs manageable.
