The Mullikin Family Realty Group has been serving Buyers and Sellers in the Metro Milwaukee real estate market since 1992. As long time residents of Brookfield and Elm Grove, and alumni of the Elmbrook School District, this real estate family is well versed in all aspects of life in this community. Pat Mullikin is the team leader. As a lifelong resident of the area and the Listing Specialist on the team, she is knowledgeable of the entire Metro Milwaukee area. With over 21 years of experience Pat has guided hundreds of people through the buying and selling process. Pat's clients often remark they felt like a member of her family. Ben Mullikin has been his mother's sidekick since the age of ten. At 18 he earned his sales license, and at 24 his Broker's license. Ben works very hard to make sure his clients fully understand the process of buying and/or selling a property. With energy and enthusiasm, Ben can help you find that perfect home. Martin Mullikin is the newest member of the family team, having been licensed in 2007. Martin specializes in first time homebuyers who love his patient demeanor. He is a thorough researcher who takes the issue of "due diligence" very seriously. All three members of the team are licensed BROKERS, which requires more education and testing than a salesperson's license. They also hold several real estate designations, (CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative and E-Pro) demonstrating their commitment to remaining up to date on changes in the industry.
