This Company has SCAM writtin all over it. DO NOT USE!!!! They are very prompt on sending someone out to provide a quote. But then, they will make every excuse up not to honor the quoted price. They hook you into a date and when you are all set for the job to be done, they will state they have to "re quote" you and it will be for a larger amount.

I would not hire Milwaukee Handyman again. The first couple of times we had a bathroom fan installed and a light installed. All went well. That was a few year's ago. We had a contractor come out and give us an estimate to update our 2 bathroom's and we wanted to hire him. Unfortunately, the guy lost out. We tried numerous times to communicate to him, by emailing him and calling him. He did call us back once and left a voice message. My husband called several more times, but no response. This guy was suppose to be some kind of supervisor, so it says on his card? What a joke! Never again. Just a waste of time.

What a JOKE this company is. Had work done last year - very simple and easy work but something I didn't have time to do - and the guy came and went throughout the week and insisted that he needed to be paid on Friday even though the work was not finished and looked like complete crap. Surprise surprise, he never showed up again to finish the job. I spent MONTHS contacting the company only to find out that the employee had been let go because of these same issues with other clients. When I tried to get someone else to come out, I kept getting told that the owner himself would call me back and he never did. 5 times this happened, being told I'd get a call back. FINALLY the owner came out to assess the work and we were told that there was one big job ahead of us and then they'd get to us. Never left any other information. Didn't hear from anyone for well over a month. Called back and threatened action, we paid $1200 for someone to come SAND, thats IT, and we're gonna get screwed over? Finally got it scheduled for someone to come out but even that was like pulling teeth, he had to come back 3 times (waiting for the drywall mud to dry and then sanding) and he would call and say he'd be there at a certain time and then just never show up "because of other jobs". We paid for this job to be done in October of 2013. The job is finally done in August of 2014 (and not done very well I might add).

Too many follow ups needed to get the job done. They also wouldn't honor their Valpak $110 off any service over $500 coupon stating that we had already received a very good rate on the services performed and indicating that we should have told them we had a coupon so that they could consider that when writing the bid. Beware that these coupons are not offers of discounts but rather an indication that Milwaukee Handyman will increase their price.

I have used these folks four different times (plumbing and electrical). All of the individuals have been knowledgable, experienced, and honest. Work is done quick, charges reasonable, etc.
