This place is a class act. From the initial call to the final payment they were always on time and fulfilled every promise. I had them install 4 large commercial garage doors and not only did they do a great job but they were also the most affordable quote I received. One thing that particularly stood out for me was when I inquired about upgrading to another model they informed me that in my situation it would be a waste of money. The fact that they could have easily sold me more expensive doors but recommended against it really said something about the way they run their operation. I am very pleased with the whole experience and I wouldn't consider any one else for anything overhead door related.

I unfortunately would never recommend Lifetime Door to anyone. They rescheduled our install 3 times. When the installers got to my home, it was a sub-contractor, not Lifetime installers. My wife told them we had a low door and asked them to cut the arm off the opener. They didn't and my wife drove our van into the garage and scratched the roof of our van. We ordered hardware for our door, only for the installers to tell us that the hardware "can't be installed" on our door. The installer broke the weather stripping on our new door and said they would be back "the next day", 5 days later, a snow storm, and a snow filled garage, and still no installers. When I call their office, it seems like this is status quo and no one really cares about our situation. NEVER AGAIN
