I was at your store a couple of weeks ago and found the people so helpful that I went back today to perchance a driver. YOU had one cashier, a guy in the golf shafting and gripping area. A tec guy that spent all of 1 hr + on the phone and one guy actually HELPING CUSTOMERS. I walked through the store for 1 hrs with NO HELP. The pour guy helping customers was trying his best . I was passed up for almost 2 hrs and thought about the lack of MANAGEMENT Golfsmith has. So I left unhappy and saddened. I remembered there was a GOLF GALAXY near by and they were HAPPY to help. 3 guys helping customers, one guy at the check out and know one on the phone for over an hour. I purchased my driver at Golf Galaxy and went home happy asking myself whom would be in business longer. TAKE A GUESS I was in management for years and would like to wish you well on your next adventure and the store closing. Sad but true / just watch
