Helpful finding bags & filters for a vacuum I bought at Wal-Mart 2 years ago...never again...the next vacuum I buy, will be from them!

I can't believe customer service still exists in a Wal-Mart World! VERY Helpful and guided me through vacuum cleaner knowledge to fit my budget. Please help small businesses like this stay in business!!!

After living in Brookfield for over twenty years, it is still the place my family goes for our vacuum needs. My mother has bought vacuums here and has been served unbelievable service every time. For our latest visit, my husband and I took our vacuum in because it wasn't performing properly. They quoted three days to two weeks to get the part and fix the problem. It was ready for pick-up within three days.



Wonderful service, easy-to-find location.

I had my TriStar vacuum cleaner repaired. Its brush head wasn���t working. When I drop it off I was told they would call me with estimation. No one had call for a week. I called them about the estimation. I was told that the motor in brush head need to be replaced. They were waiting on price of motor. Then another week gone by, no one called with estimation again. Finally I made 3rd call about the repair of my vacuum and told them I just pick my vacuum up if I don���t hear from them in next day so. That afternoon someone from the store called and left message it will coast me 49.99 to replaced motor. A few days later my vacuum was ready to pick up.

When I went to pick it up they told me they had to just clean the motor and checked all over. They charge me $39.99. I don���t understand that if it needs to be cleaned why it took over 2weeks to get the estimation and kept told me they wait on the price of motor from the factory. The vacuum doesn���t work as good as before.
