I agree with the previous review. I must give them a 1 star rating because that is the lowest allowed. I bought a Toro Snow Blower, not from Bill's, but I soon received a letter from Toro about a RECALL of my snow blower that I needed to replace a pin in the Carb because of our ethanol we (WI) have added to our Gasoline. The Ethanol would corrode the original pin. Let me take a second to thank the people who thought this corrosive element would be a good thing to add to our gas.



I had the same experience when I went to Bill's. The store where I bought the snow blower did not do warranty repairs so that is why I went to Bill's, it was the closest. Upon entering the store I felt the cold shoulder immediately. I wanted to jump up and down and yell, "HEELLLLLOOOOO!" When I reached to service counter a "person" turned around, (he was attempting to work a printer), and immediately began to act as I was not there. Feeling confident that he would NOT be the one to work on my snow blower, I said, HELLO. I handed him the recall letter I received and he hunted and pecked on a keyboard. He then looked up at me and said, "Do you have the snow plower registered?" I responded, "You are holding in your left hand a letter sent to me by TORO.....so I would say, yes it's registered." He mumbled something, and hit the "enter" key, and spun around to accept something again out of his printer, undoubtedly to highpoint of his day. "Golly, Shazamm, look at that paper thing coming out of that contraption."



I had to take my snow blower to the East side of the building. Nobody asked if they could assist me.....nobody cared. I'm in my 60's, white hair, the whole deal, nobody offered any assistance. I was correct in my assumption that the "Enlightened One" behind the counter did not do repairs, because The Recall replacement was done properly. If just for the fun of it, you want to know where we get the term "stuck on stupid," go to Bills and ask the guy behind the counter, "What's that machine you got there that shoots out printed pieces of paper." Look at his face.....he's stuck.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I went in there to service my chainsaw, didnt even greet me or say anything to me for ten minutes. Took them more then one month to get my chainsaw back. Go somewhere else that appreciates the customer. They make you feel like your too stupid, because you dont know what's wrong with your machine. I will never go there.
