I live in Westchester county where I would have to pay over $100 per hour for dog grooming. Assuming I maintained my dog on a regular grooming schedule and took her to be groomed every six weeks, a groomer would have to spend, on average, two hours on my dog every visit. The longer I wait between visits, the more work it would be to groom my dog.

I drive nearly 40 miles to bring my dog to Dana and her team at Magic Touch. An average two-hour grooming session cost me much less than what I would have to pay near me, but it's not just about the money I save. When I take my girl to Dana, I know that every step of the grooming process is done by hand -- no cage dryers! More than that, Dana and her team do a much better job than most groomers near me. My girl LOVES her "playdates" with Dana and is always excited when we pull in to Magic Touch's parking lot. She always looks fabulous after her visits, and I can't imagine taking my girl to anyone else.

I have been a loyal customer for over four years and highly recommend this business.

Very disappointed with the owner of magic touch Baloo has been going to magic touch a for quite a while my husband Danny and I were in a motorcycle accident over the summer and my husband died from his injuries while I was still hospitalized a friend had taken baloo and I was told it was a lot because he had not been groomed in a while ( $250) I was hospitalized for four months so I called for an appointment early January and they could not get him in on a Saturday till the end of month( I have to depend on a friend to bring him) I am still recuperating from serious injuries
So I receive a call asking if I would like him to be " snap combed " it would be another $50-$100 dollars I am already up to $200 I said maybe next time because I cannot afford that much right now so when I get a call telling me it will cost me $300 this time( it was three months since last groom) I am not happy and I question her but all I get is a runaround about she worked "all day" on him even though she charged me more and he went less time in between. She had planned to charge me a lot from the start that's why I got the call about snap combing !
Very disappointed with a business that takes advantage of someone in a bad situation!
My husband Danny was a good customer for a long time.
