I walked in to Gary's barbershop the other day located in Brookfield CT. Next to the highway market right on 616 federal rd. And as soon as you walk in, you are greeted with hello and may I help you. It took me back to the days when I was young and going to the local barber with my father and getting my haircut. Besides the vintage chairs and decor, Gary the owner/ barber uses hot lather and a straight blade included with every cut. And also performs Hot towel shaves two services that i haven't been able to find in a single shop in the area. most don't know what your talking about anymore when you ask, and for $15.00 for a haircut is a great price well worth the experience. I will definitely be a regular and I have found my new home. And now Brookfield has a real local hometown barber visit him at his shop and see for your self.
