Worst place in the United States to do business with I purchased surplus material from this company back in June 2014 payed if full and I had a hard time doing these transactions very slow response not very knowledgeable about material but I still purchased the surplus material I've been trying to get a receipt or a Invoice on the material I purchased when I first called about 2 weeks ago and talked to a lady Lisa buccino she said she will have it right to me she's the cfo for the company ever since than she won't respond to calls emails and voice mails I've even tried other people in the company they won't answer the phone or call back I think they probably pocket the money for themselves that's why they won't give me a receipt or invoice and it's very frustrating on there customer service they have to worst I've ever seen I've done business with other companies in different countries and different time zones and had way better communication do yourself a favor don't do business with these people
