Best bike shop I've been to! Very good with repairs in terms of detail and a speedy turnaround. They tuned up my road bike and it was working perfectly and I had it back in only 2 days! The employees all know their stuff and ride bikes extensively themselves. Their enjoyment of the sport makes this shop a much less intimidating and much more welcoming atmosphere than other shops in the area. Wide range of brand new bikes available, from road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, kids bikes and even bmx. Definitely will be back when it's time for my next tune up and next bike!!

I've been a rider since i was 17 and now I'm 40, So I've grown out of my first bike and The Bicycle center fit me in the perfect size Giant.

Great bike shop! I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. I ride road and mountain bikes. In these 7 years I've ridden century tours with Bike MS NYC, CycleFest in Bethel, Transportation Alternatives in NYC and Tour De Putnam. I have MTB raced in CAT 3 and CAT 2 categories and once cycled from Danbury CT to Lake George, NY in 1 day, 180miles. I ride a lot, and Shawn, the owner, at The Bicycle Center has been my main mechanic and has serviced all of my bicycles. I have purchased 4 bikes from Bicycle Center and have built 4 bikes with the help of Shawn and his team. He has backed all of his repairs and products to date. I encourage any bicycle enthusiast to meet Shawn, and the Bicycle Center team! They are always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

These guys and girls know their stuff.



They fit myself and my wife onto Cannondale road bikes and gave us the time and attention nessecary. Friendly and prompt there is nothing else you could need out of a bike shop. They have full knowlege of the womens specific bicycle world and have women on staff.



Try this shop out; you will never go to another agian.

I found this shop was by far the most knowledgeable around. They have a ton of stuff and their friendly atmosphere made it a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.



They have everything from kids bikes to adult and their high end knowledge was exceptional. I bought my dream bike from them, a $5000 Cannondale. They are heads and shoulders above the competition.
