i have had a lot of experience with this bike shop. i've bought 2 bikes, gotten numerous repairs done, and purchased about $1200 of equipment from this shop over the last 3 years. all i can say, is that after all this time, i have decided to find a new bike shop. the inconsistency of service and lack of care for long term customers has driven me away from this place. i brought my race bike in for some changes the day before the race and when i went to pick up my bike, the shop closed early without even a phone call. i even called to confirm my arrival prior to the early closing and no one reached back out to me to tell me their change of plans. As a result, i had no bike for the race. to make matters worse, i never received an apology or store credit for their screw up. I have been repeatedly disappointed with James, the owner, for his lack of appreciation and loyalty to his repeat customers. i don't know what more to add but as an athlete that has 2 $10K+ bikes and a full time coach, i will not spend a dollar more at this bike shop.
