I was denied my service animal today. It's bad enough I paid for the horrible massages that I had to continue (they don't give refunds for bad service) cuz I paid $500 for 10 massages and been having to deal with rude behavior from staff. But today I am having issue and needed my service dog with me and they denied me. She then threatened me with police saying I brought a pitbull and caused violence. I have attached a picture of my registration card for my animal and a picture of my 10lb little dog.

Staff be fighting and calling each other nasty disrespectful names in Spanish. And even when you tell them it's unprofessional, they still continue. They lied about lymphatic massage because that supposed to include draining which it doesn't. I wasn't ganna leave a review til I finished all my massages but I am done with this place.
I will be asking my bank to give back the $500 I paid. I also filed a report with department of justice for denial of my service animal and I am currently waiting to file police report. I will be attaching that picture too.

I love coming here, its clean and very relaxing. The ladies are very inviting, very helpful and get you where you want to be! Im currently getting the reduction/anti-cellulite massage..so far so good..see my skin looking brighter & tighter. And seems like Im losing inches also. And Im only on my 3rd treatment! I love this place..5 stars
