One of the worst post offices in NY.
Incredibly rude and incompetent staff.
They've lost a couple of my packages. They don't update delivery info, I had packages say out for delivery on one day and 2-3 weeks later still no delivery.
If you try calling them, you're in for a "treat": First you have to call them back to back several times (50+) and you'll probably find the line busy, if you're lucky to hear a ring, pray that someone will answer after you've been waiting hours for someone to answer your call, then pray that the agent on the phone has some education/respect for you as a paying customer and will listen to you respectfully and try to help.
I can't believe a US agency works like this!
Unacceptable and disappointing. They just don't care. Hopefully you never have to deal with them.
After days and days of calling and trying to get some answers, I was never helped or informed. 0 stars!

ZERO STARS!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. WHEN REGULAR CARRIER IS ON VAC FOR TWO WEEKS OUR BUSINESS ON SOUTHERN BLVD. ONLY RECEIVED MAIL 2 TIMES. BEEN COMPLAINING AND TO NO AVAIL!

HAD to give it ONE start because i dont have an option for ZERO. Very RUDE reps, NEVER ever attempts delivery, NEVER leaves notices and did I mention RUDE. How can i stand on line of only 5 ppl and wait 40 minutes! This post office needs to get SHUT down!

Easily the worst post office in NY and I've lived in 3 different boroughs. Don't schedule a redelivery, you'll never get it unless you call the USPS line and complain. Don't expect to be updated on the status even if you request it. Just basically don't expect them to do their jobs.

This post office is one of the laziest I've known in all my travel through the us. Delivery of most packages or non existent the refer all to the station. Its beneath them to ring your door and deliver a package you paid yo have delivered. The central office us aware of the multidtude of complaint s but refuses to recognize the problem
