This post office always has long lines and 3 Windows open. Some of the postal employees are rude and unprofessional. This post office always says they delivered a package and never even knocked on the door.

My Grandson just came upstairs with the mail and I received a white plastic envelope from Swanson supplement company but my supplements were taken out of the corner and only the billing slip and discount slips were left, and I ordered it from Amazon and is tracked.

Even when I am home when the mail-person comes I don't receive my package. Instead, I receive a "delivery attempted" notice. It is not just about parcels: important documents from foreign countries, and paychecks also got lost on a regular basis. I have to go and pick it up myself after waiting on line for half an hour. The same happens with others who are in the same line with me.
The root of the problem is the manager. He always boosts that he has been working here for 30 years. True: he has an incredible knowledge of "how to game the system". He continuously imparts this knowledge with new hires. I made so many complaints over the years. Each and every time they came up with some forged excuse. They lie, falsify, they do everything to keep their job, and nobody does anything.
It's a shame that in an economy where so many decent people are looking for job, or work hard for meager paychecks these people earn good money, making hell of the life of an underserved community.

Horrible. Just horrible service. 2nd time in a row they claim to have delivered my package when I've been sitting at the window all day. Even if they did come, aren't they supposed to get out of the truck and come to my door? (private house) And when I call the office they don't answer the phone.. HORRIBLE

Fight back report them at 1-800-275-8777. You have a bunch of thieves and liars working for the post office at Saint Ann's in the Bronx 718-665-1942 save your tracking numbers when they steal they like to delete the record on their side. Also they are stupid enough to send your mail back because they don't realize the apartment number is wrap around the second line they are a bunch of morons which should be switch to other post offices the management is doing a terrible job allowing this problem to continue and they are constantly switching managers this post office should be in the hall of shame as one of the worst post offices in the Bronx. I live on the second floor I am disable. the carrier always put the pink slip in the mail box and dose not bring the package up. there has to be a way we can put a stop to this poor service. if anyone knows how look me up I will go all the way too end this poor service from the post office on St Anns and Westchester.

THIS POST OFFICE HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MOST RUDE/UNRELIABLE/LAZY STAFF....COMPLETE SHAME!!! PACKAGES NEVER GET DELIVERED, I ONLY RECEIVE THE SLIP TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE...EVERY TIME!!1 THE STAFF NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES, AND WHEN YOU ARE FORCED TO COME IN JUST TO OBTAIN INFORMATION THE STAFF IS ANNOYED BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB.

Everytime I send my mom a package, the mail person says they knocked on her door, but mom stays home waiting and there's no knock. Then they take the package back , but don't leave a slip, so she doesn't even know if she has a package waiting. And if she finally gets it, its ripped and like open, like someone is doing what they don't need to be doing. This is just wrong. She is elderly and has to often go to this post office to inquire about packages.

supervisors are kind of helpful. but i've order a few stuff through USPS AND I EITHER DO NOT RECEIVED IT, OR IF I DO RECEIVED IT ALWAYS COMES OPEN, LIKE IF SOME ONE TRY TO SEE WHAT IS IN THE PACKAGE. I HAVE ORDER A FEW TIMES MY CABLEVISION REWARDS CARD AND I NEVER RECEIVE IT THINK THEY NEED TO CHECK THIE PERSONNEL DEPT . I REALLY THINK PEOPLE ARE STEALING STUFF.
