About 7yrs ago I was given as a mothers day gift, to Tones Spa...it was great, had facial, massage I was there for about 5 hours...felt great...couple years ago went with my daughter for a tummy wrap...very happy with results. being going there since, I was there back in May. they are very nice and friendly...the waiting area might be small but I am happy with the treatments, and service ...

I was given a gift from Tones.I was there for four hours.The best four hours I have ever had.Every thing I had was great.And the staff was very nice.They made my day.Very kind and very friendly.I would go back again.And it was very clean ,Enjoy it if you go.

I went to this spa a few weeks ago. I got a deep clensing facial it was very good. The place is very small. You do not feel very relaxed there.I wouldn't go back again.

How interesting that my recent review disappeared, I must have hit a nerve! The staff is very friendly and the service was pleasant but not as tranquil as I wanted. Also, my appointment began 40 minutes late and the spa cannot accomodate waiting clients in comfort. Overall, not a terrible experience, but there are a few glitches, that's all I'm saying.

The staff is very nice and friendly. I'm sure they're doing the best they can under the circumstances. They really don't have the space to accomodate guests comfortably. My scheduled appointment time was 40 minutes late. The only accomodation was the bench in the reception area, not very comfortable. During my massage I could hear voices and noises outside the door. I wasn't able to relax the way I would have liked to because of the noises. The massage table wasn't very comfortable either. Both the facialist and masseuse were wonderful, and though I feel like I got my money's worth, I probably won't go back because of the noise, the long wait and the lack of space for accomodating guests and ensuring a tranquil environment. I'd prefer to pay a few dollars more and have a better experience.

Went for a deep cleansing facial, was exactly what it states minus all the frilly decor which saves you a buck. Esthetician was soft handed except for the extractions wanted to yelp! Husband enjoyed the reflexology appt he had, massage therapist was soft as well & knew all of the pressure points necessary. Will definitely go again & refer friends.
