I wentered here to try to get my boyfriends watch fixed. I thought it was the battery but wasn't sure. I explained this to the sales associate I dealt with and she said they would look at it. 15 minutes later she brought the watch back out and said it was just the battery and they replaced it and the watch was all set. Not knowing anthing about watches I brought it to my boyfriend excited that he could use his watch again and none of the buttons on the watch worked. So not only did I waste my time and look stupid thinking I got my boyfriends watch fixed but they put the wrong battery in the watch anyways because the watch had a solar battery in it and they put a regular watch battery in it so then I had to make another trip there where they told me it was the watch and not the battery and refunded me. None of the sales associatespecially apologized for their mistake or wasting a customers time.
