NO STARS!
If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would certainly do so. This is the worst experience anyone could have with an auto repair shop. I'm specifically naming mechanic BENNY CALCANO as one that held my car hostage from me for 10 weeks without explanation or justification. I finally received my car back in worse shape than what I started with.
The cost to repair the damage does not compare to the hundreds spent on car rentals and other expenses incurred during this time frame. My rim was burnt with a blow torch, engine cover broken and missing pieces, missing engine parts (valuable to engine performance) and was charged for my own antifreeze!.....WTF!!
My review here is not to express a negative view of the entire auto shop, but to specifically address the experience I had with BENNY CALCANO. He is a so called expert in foreign cars, but who takes an engine out of a car and let's a piece of metal fall into it ???!!! ONLY a real loser named BENNY CALCANO.
