This Stop & Shop Supermarket is the most Racist to WHITE PEOPLE. The Employees TALK BAD about WHITE PEOPLE & It not RIGHT. I will never step a foot in this RACIST STOP & SHOP SUPERMARKET again. The BLACK Security Guard are THE WORST RACIST EMPLOYEES.

The cruddiest Shop and Shop I know. They have big, beaurtiful stores other places, lie Queens, Westchester and near Co-op City, and, even similarly small stores like Eastchester and Dobbs Ferry (which they saw fit to expand) blow this location away. Their natural food section is bsicaly limited to snack foods and cold ereal, and their organic produce scruddy looking. The store is crowded with long lines and a dirty look, and their employees don't enhanse the experience. Maybe they figure that since there's not much else, people don't don't have much choice. They do. When a store takes it's customers for granted, the customers should just say no.

Much smaller than other locations and more customers. Crowded and unpleasant place to shop. A few years ago they renovated. The cashier side of the store is all glass, and with lots of room including parrell parking and multiple car lanes, besides the whole parking lot on the other side, they could have expanded, but chose not to. They had lots of money to expand and build new stores in Westchester, but chose not to here. They apparently prefer more parking spaces instead of more store. I don't have a car and don't patronize parking lots. I also don't need their favor of a crappy store because they want a nice parking lot instead.

The reason I give this review a two is because I only time I shop at this store is due to my schedule. Normally this store does not have things you need, I always leave missing 4 to 5 items on my grocery list and it is very stressful and inconvenient, it started out with being without one, than two items, now I'm up to 4 and 5 items. The manager that used to be their I would consult him and he never failed to get the item in, but Bob is no longer there, I once said to him, "what will happen when your gone and now he is gone, what a disappointment. My experience with the new manager is when he passed by the register as I was paying for my grocerys and he saw my cart near the counter before I could put my stuff in and he rolled it way causing me to have to stand around and wait will the employee found me another cart and when I spoke to him about his inconvenience he caused instead of him being apologetic, he had an attitude as if to say "so what" never an apology. The meat depart I have to instruct how to wrap my order when it is cheese or liverworst, I got home one evenning, my cheese and other was clumpped that I just threw half of it away, so I makes sure I instruct how to separate it, the meat cutters are so crappy with shreddings mounted up on them from the entire day slicing I have to make it their early because the enire meat area looks so nasty and unkept, it was not always that way. The store is entirely unkept and a stressful when a customer has to plan and schedule to travel to another location for items this store no longer carry, One can tell when they are about to discontinue an item, because it will not be available the week before. I guess I could write a book review about this location. Better I will just have to shop at the store a few block out of my way to another store.The 2 star? Just because it's still there.

Stop & Shop corporation in and of itself is a wonderful place to shop. THIS particular location however, deserves less than 1 star. The store is uncleanly, the employees and customers alike are rude and unhappy about their experience, and overall the environment is cramped and stressful. The management is unfair when it comes to employment, and unfortunately human resources at this particular location is racist. The deals here are ok, but the lines are long and cashiers are unwilling to be accommodating to their customers. I would not recommend this S&S location. For a true Stop & Shop experience, I would suggest to visit the Cross County or Dobbs Ferry Stop & Shop location; this particular store does NOTHING to live up to expectations and defiles the good Stop &Shop corporation name.
