Very convenient location. This area is around a shopping mall, supermarkerts, restaurants, buses and subways. On the flip side, the rent is very high! Dog feces all over the sidewalk, sometimes in front of 950 Underhill Ave. Need better security, maybe 24 hour security being that homeless people sometimes hang out in the laundry room to use the bathroom and change his/her clothes all different hours of the day. Need to be very careful alone, especially at night. Very disturbing being that management continues to raise the rent, you would think they would be more aware of this matter. Besides all of this, very convenient location!
