Had a bad experience with this store, was forced to go to Cooperative store @ Fordham Rd, way on the other side of the Bronx from this area. Walked in with my phone and before I was able to say what was wrong, the guy told me that I had physical damage on a mint phone. Told me to have the Insurance repair it. I called Assurance and they told me it's not an insurance issue to take it to the store for repairs, it was an internal issue with the phone. I took it back and informed them of what the insurance told me, he called the Ins. and they told him that he needs to repair the issue with my phone, store again refused to comply. I went to Cooperative Store and they took care of the problem, no questions asked. Why do we get insurance if the stores don't want to honor it? I will never give Crosby Ave any of my business. I informed all my friends and sprint of my experience with this store.

The customer service provided at the Crosby Avenue Sprint Store is personal and the atmosphere is pleasantly low-key. The staff goes out of its way to help customers. I'm impressed.
