I see a lot of improvement. Doctors and therapy sessions are great and they call to give you reminders.

The first week that I attended this clinic, I had a wonderful experience. Then they decided to change the staff ( front desk) and I was disgusted with their customer service! The employees (front desk secretaries) were very rude and spoke to me in a unprofessional manner. Also, I had a procedure done there that same day and they refused to provide me with a doctors note. The only reason I gave this clinic a star is because the acnepuncture Dr. Is very sweet and professional. Overall, the front desk ladies ruined my experience!
