Don't RENT From This Company!!!

I wish i could give zero stars as well they just bought building i've lived in 5 years. They have been receiving payment but sent out two letters stating i owe them over two grand and they just took over in december. They had no number on letter to reach them when i finally get someone to track down their number they don't answer. So i have to inconvenience my self and go to the office missing work they tell me they have been getting checks but haven't been able to cash them so i take care of everything and although if they had stated in the letter it would be a quicker process. They send me a letter on the Feb 12th, and 22nd then a letter from a lawyer on the 25 talking about eviction and though i have taking care of the problem that because their incapability to run a business they are still trying to evict me but cashing my checks. This company have no idea how to run a business if I work for the BBB i would shut them down i am reporting them.

I would give no stars if possible. Unresponsive to tenants needs, irresponsible with lease renewals and accuracy of documentation. The building I live in has had a mouse infestation for months, nothing has been done about it. There has been a hole in the ceiling of the lobby which is draining water for weeks that has gone unrepaired, there was a broken window in one of the hallway/stairwells that went unfixed for weeks. This is a poorly run management company that doesn't care about their tenants.
