I’d give this online store a zero if it was an option. I wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order on 12/16/19. I received an acknowledgement email stating they would notify me when my order was shopped. I have heard nothing. I have tried calling 3 different numbers several times. One number just rings. The other two numbers have a recording stating they are either helping other customers or you have called outside of their hours. I have left a v/m and sent an email. As of 12/28/19, I have received no response. So disappointing.

This is by far the most unprofessional online store and retailer I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The Customer service refused to escalate my issue with a manager and refused to let me speak with the owners. She left me on hold for 25 minutes and said she could no longer help me. After several calls back, this customer service Rep hung the phone up without even answering it, then answered the phone and said "this is Eastland shoe, this is NOT Silbermans." What a nightmare employee! I left multiple emails and messages for someone in management to call me, to only go unanswered. I find it hard to believe this Company is even in business!

This place is a complete fraud. DO NOT order ANYTHING from them. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and they have not even shipped it yet. The Status always says Confirmed part of it was supposed to be shipped 10/3 it is now 10/16... Then I read all the reviews here...wow truth is in the reviews. I called and promptly canceled my order with someone who said her name was Lisa she refused to answer any question as to why the hold up...she was snotty and said my order was canceled and I had to wait 10 days for a refund. They were able to charge my card in less than 24 hrs...lol. They are making interest in all this money they are holding I am sure. What a waste and fraud of a business.

my daughter ordered several thing for her boyfriend. one of the items was unavailable, but they charged the card for it before telling us it was unavailable.

we called several times and are being put on hold for a very long and extended period of time.i called once and was told that that was not the correct department.and when i asked for the correct dept. they disconnected me and when i called back ,the same extended hold time.

i asked why cant they just credit the account, why do i have to keep calling back.
