We had a plumbing issue in the kitchen today, on a Sunday before Labor Day! Perfect time when everyone is away and most will charge a arm and a leg on emergency calls. Roto Rooter came within 2 hours and resolved our issue in no time. Well worth the money. And very courteous crew and service!!! Highly recommend!

A water main break occurred on my property the day before Thanksgiving. Roto-Rooter sent Kenny out the same day I called to survey the damage, estimate repair costs and schedule the job. I asked a lot of questions and Kenny was knowledgeable enough to answer every one to my satisfaction, which is why I decided to agree to the deal. Rafiel, Edvin and Glenn were the mighty trio sent to do a one-day job that stretched into two when they ran into problem after problem underground through no fault of their own. They never complained, despite being on a job they called a nightmare, answered questions as they worked, were respectful always and worked a non-stop 15 hour shift the second day. I was grateful for their service and felt lucky to have had such an experienced team on the job.

Rockland County, NY - Very satisfied with the service provided. The plumber was able to come on the same day that I called. In addition to fixing the leak, he provided several options for how to prevent another leak. He explained everything clearly, so that I could understand each process, and decide what was right for my budget. When I chose to have him complete more repairs, he was able to come on a Sunday so that my work schedule would not be interrupted. He had a great attitude, and I did not feel like I was talked into any additional service that I did not really need. Finally, I have decided it may be time to part ways with my long-time plumber because he could not come when I called, and his repairs only lasted for a short period of time, and then I'd have to call him to come back out, and wait for an opening in his schedule.
