the worst realty group i've ever seen. they are so irresponsible, rude, liars. and unprofessional..... I do not like to speak bad of anyone. but Im saying this from my own experience.my mom and I went there looking for apartments we gave them everything they required for . All cash deposit. all necessary documents in order everything was ready. we have good credit . perfect income and we have never been in court for any reason. so they told us that we qualify so the point is that they told us that we need to wait between 5 to 7 Days so the landlord have the time to cheek our aplication. besides the deposit we gave them , they told us that we needed. to give them $200 non refundable for the landlord to check our credit . but cool, we gave them that without any problem. however, days and weeks passed and we had no answers at all.

i called them several times and the only thing they told me was that landlord from the appartment i wanted . was in vacation.

in conclusion, a month passed and we have no answers. I went to them to get my money. and that's when I was told that supposedly the apartment was rented.but I investigated the truth was that they left the apartment for a family member of one of the reinoso realty group worker.
