Very proffesional people. They answer your questions as it is. Took my bird because it was veery bad hurt and the vet thats there u believe is carlos ..(i think thats his name)..he took great care of him. Took his time and and was very polite. Did not charge the visit. The ladys were great consolement. I felt so welcomed. Thank you eveybody. :)

Passed this local pet shop on the way to work everyday. I finally decided to go in and make an inquiry about a puppy they had for sale. The employees there were very helpful and gave me mulitple options on how to purchase the puppy from layaway to financing. The staff there educated me about the dog I was looking into purchasing and how to care for it such as the diet and what to expect from the breed. After a brief consult with the wife. I purchased our little Grey. I recently took him in for a grooming and the staff did an excellent job grooming him. I go by the shop frequently to ask questions and buy food/supplements for my pup. The manager always ask how's he doing is he growing having fun etx. Which shows how much they care about the animals they sell. I fully recommend people to shop there ask questions. These people at R&K are here to help.

Everyone there was Very professional, friendly got my dog groomed she had very bad Knots and they did an amazing job for a cheap price I love it .. I'm a Happy customer and will continue going!!

SOOOO RELIEVED!!!GOD BLESS THESE PEOPLES HEART...TOOK MY CAT HE WAS VERY HURT. A NEIGHBORS DOG ATTACKED HIM ON HIS LEG AND YOU WAS ABLE TO SEE THE SKIN BLEEDING. I BROUGHT HIM TO CARLOS THE VET (A YOUNG GUY). HE IS A BLESSING. HE STOOD WITH BOOBY FOR 3 DAYS CURING HIM . I WAS ABLE TO VISIT AND HE DIDNT EVEN WORRY ABOUT CHARGING HE WORRIED MORE ABOUT THE HEALTH AND PAIN OF MY BABY. HE WAS DOING GREAT WITH ALL THE MEDICINE AND ATTENTION GIVEN. BOOBY IS NOW JUMPING NO LONGER WHINING AND LAYS DOWN WITH ME STILL. THANK YOU CARLOS I APPRECIATE WHAT YOU DID...YOU AND YOUR STAFF HAVE GREAT HEARTS.

i've been very good customer of this manager for 6 years and about 2 months. i have 4 dogs 2 cats and never had problems of abuse of any kind with my babies. this are my kids. so far everybody ive recomended haven't heard a complaint of any kind. You will be happy and feel safe with this people just make sure your pets are upto date with their vaccines.GO AHEAD TRY THEM!!!!!!!YOU GO R&K

I didn't have any issues with my dog's grooming. They were careful and attentive. My dog gets shaken really easily and seemed at ease when I picked him up.

They did a great job with my puppy ! He loved it himself ! Great job! We will most definitely go back again!

the service is great.. I have no complains... I even referred all my friend with pets to the store. They treat Dogs like family...

Shows how anxious somebody can get to want to take people's business away. NO HEART! I've been client for 7 years and 5 months now. This manager is the most loyal groomer there is. Never had my animals been mistreated here. If you are going to lie about a business do it in a better professional way steve. These people treat customers like family there is no doubt about that. So burning your dog is beyond going to far...they have cured my dog of everything from hot spots to infections. ...so I do recommend this spot 120%..I TRUST THEM WITH MY BABIES..
