Provided by YPmobileWho cares.... Vincent is a stand up guy, so what he tried making a few more bucks on uncle sams behalf. Anyone that works construction in NYC knows, does or has participated in some sort of Bid Rigging he just got caught unfortunately. It's the way of the world people.. Hell even our president is involved in some sort of bid rigging with big time defense contracts.
