They got order wrong deliver it cold and on top of the manager didnt even wanna answer the phone and assist my situation ... I had to drive down to the store to get my money back because they took the phone of the hook to ignore me!!!!

1/4/2014I love pizza hut but I must say this place is a horrible place, poor pooor customer service. I ordered a large pie and bread sticks at 2:59 pm and delivery eat. Was 3:44pm. 4:00pm passed, nothing so I called the store the guy said ooh the lady just left with your order she should be there in 10mins. 35mins past. I call the store again the lady that picked up says that the guy lied to me about the delievery lady becuz the delivery lady just took my order and im next to drop off!! Ok 5:15pm, still no pizza. My kids at this point started to nag and wine about the food because they Hungry. I called again and asked for the manager, can you believe the girl that picked up, hung the phone on me 3 times as I kept asking for the manager. After that they stopped picking up the phone (im guessing they have caller id). Funny I blocked my number and called by this time it was 6:10, guess who answered the phone, the manager!! By this time I was so upset that I walked to the store but as I talked with the manager telling her that im a block away to cancel my order of 3hrs ago and demanding my money, she requested to give me the pizza for free. At this point it wasn't even about the pizza but in the nasty customer service. I know for a fact that I will never order there again I'll just go right next door to dominos. And I know for a fact that none of my family, friends and neighbors will not order from there as I will be posting this horrible service in FB, ig, tweeter, etc. every social media out there!!! No one should go through this, smh. Its not like I was asking for free stuff like the pizza was already paid for and all. Im still so mad that I could write a book bout this. The star that im giving is for the girl that kept picking up and hanging up. This star is so you can make a wish and hope you still have a job tomorrow!!!

This place was my fave but they suck big time customer service terrible my food was 3hrs late and then it was the wrong order smh

Great team of workers and great food. Spoke to a manager by the name of christine who was able to help be decide what to order. Stores clean and the price are reasonable.

I gave it a 1 because that's the lowest I could give. I'd like to give it 0 stars! Pizza over an hour late for delivery! Terrible customer service! Never order here again!
