Such a disappointment, I booked dinner reservation for over 20ppl for my birthday and I was so embarrassed with the service. First and foremost the restaurant was so hot and uncomfortable, my guests were sweating as they try to make the best of the situation, the waiters claimed the air conditioner was on however they did try to accommodate us with a fan but that was short lived because it was taken from our side of the restaurant to be used on the opposite side because the table is closer to the kitchen. Secondly they dont offered guests menus for the prix fixe dinner so I had to go on their website with my mobile phone and pass it around so my guest could see the menu, so tacky. Thirdly, the service was so slow, the food took forever to come out, way too much time in between our selections (the food was okay, nothing to brag about). In addition, they brought us a pitcher of water with a fly in it when mentioned to the manager he brushed it off like it was normal, what shouldve been a 2hrs dinner turn into 3.5hrs (closer to 4hrs) dinner. It took them about 20 minutes to bring us the bill. Lastly the owner/manager promised me a small area on the rooftop after dinner (at this point most of my guests had departed) and when I arrived to the roof he claimed I never confirmed with him that I still wanted the area (straight bogus), why do I have to confirmed something you already promised me. Such a bad experience and I would NOT bother with them ever again.

If you crave succulent, savory fare you need look no further than The Pine Bar & Grill. My wife and I dined there mid-August 2012. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her braised short ribs served with string beans and potatoes au gratin. My meal was jerked chicken and shrimp served with rice and beans with plantains. The chicken and shrimp were seasoned incredibly well - spicy but not too hot! Delicate enough for the discerning palate. The rice and beans were not mixed together but rather the beans were immersed in a flavorful mouthwatering sauce beside the rice. The presentation was such that the visual appeal of our meals inspired me to photograph the masterpieces. When another party received their food they similarly took photos as well. The food tasted even better than it looked! The ample portions at reasonable prices were a treat for our wallet. The wait staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The decor was welcoming and the spacious layout could accommodate a party of two or many more.

OMG!!! My sisters and I celebrated our one year anniversary within our organization at the Pine Bar & Grill. The food was fantastic and affordable. The hosts and managers were very hospitable. I enjoyed it so much I definitely am going back. One of my sisters took her mother there and now her mother is in love. The ambiance is amazing. The band was awesome. I will continue to go there and recommend everyone to eat there.

Excellent

Went here to celebrate my moms birthday but she ended up getting sick so me and my best friend went anyway. When you first see it you may think plain but once inside your mind changes they have happy hour mon-fri 3-7 all drinks are 5$ which was excellent. We stayed at the bar for a few then went upstairs to experience the regular dining our waiters was awesome the food was excellent and we loved everything about it were definitely going back at least once a week. Oh and the food isn't over priced nor the drinks just a nice place to relax and gave casual fun

This place was incredible! The decor is a modern trendy appeal and the food was so good. We ate on the second floor. I had the empanadas, sesame tuna and the banana spring roll. The service was wonderful, Chelsea was our server, she was very friendly and did a wonderful job. We drove down from Mahopac and certainly plan of going back again very soon! Totally worth the trip!
