The workers in this place are so unprofessional. My pet was in this parlor from 9 am until 6 pm. I had to call a few times to make sure everything was okay. When I get there, my dog had the wrong haircut and they weren't even apologetic. They were actually rude and they still charged me full price. I will never, ever venture into this establishment again. BEWARE!

Did not answer the phone until I called a fifth time and then told me I have to call back because the credit card was not going through. Horrible customer service.

I will always take my dog Pepper there for her grooming great place.:)
