This morning around 11:30 a.m. I called this diner to place a breakfast order to be delivered to my home. Upon the arrival of this order I notice that two of the three breakfast plates ordered were incorrect, missing items. I called the diner to inform them. I was told the missing items would be delivered to me however it would not be immediate because the delivery person was out on deliveries. About an hour and a half later the items still have not arrived so I called back to see what was happening. I was told it was going to be looked into and someone would call me back. It is now 4:09 p.m. and NO ONE has called me back and the missing items have NOT been delivered!!! This is horrible customer service!!!!

If you're looking for a good place to catch a light meal and chat with a friend... this place is perfect. The food is pretty good and the atmosphere is pretty good.
