Worst customer service. I ask for a simple reprint of a receipt not only does the staff not know how and needs the owner to do this. The owner has a bad attitude and in confrontational right off the bat making up excuses as to why he can't provide what I asked. "My computer crashed I can't do that", "I don't keep or have to keep copies of receipts" all bull answers because he doesn't want to do it. The best part is after I leave he comes out with the reprint of the receipt. If the owner is reading this don't assume that all your costumers are stupid. ended because

I love this place. The waiting area is awsome and comfortable. I have a 20 year old car and it is beautiful after the super car wash with wax and armor all on the tires. It almost looks like new.

poor customer service owners are very nasty poeple stripped the oil bolt and said they didnt do it then who did?? dont buy the engine flush junk !! they try to sell it will damage your engine !!!! get your oil changed right at the dealer or do it your self....
