Communication at this place is non-existent. After three weeks I transferred my son into TOTS. On Friday, September 9th, 2016,I am told by the bus matron that bed bugs were found on a child's book bag.
I NEVER received a call from the school informing me of this. I speak to Carolina, the person who I believe is in charge of the classrooms. Carolina tells me that allegedly they were found in the bag not child.So I ask her, "doesn't the child stay in the classroom"? the next response is the BEST! Since my son is no longer at the school, they did not need to notify me.. Well OCF, you get a grade "F------" from me. How dare you put my child and home, and the child and home of others at risk!! I am aware that you have just opened as a daycare since April and things wont always run smoothly, BUT TO be so unprofessional, inconsiderate, immoral, and to act in a matter which is not consistent with The Department of Health standards is simply appalling. So please don't send your child to OCF
