Very poor and disrepectful services never use them

As a place to handle a cremation, these are the most insenstitive people I have ever met. They told us when to pick up my father's ashes, and when we came on the day, then told us they did not have them, when we requested that they double check, they let us see inside a room with boxes and boxes of peoples' ashes on desks, on the floor, even outside the room on a coffee table. This is how they handle people's ash remains? this is what we, the grieving family had to witness, to top it off they were not ready, so we had to come the following day. By then they had at least taken the boxes of ashes off the floor, too late in my book. I suggest, your family members deserve better; go elsewhere.
