WORST EXPERIENCE!!!\nI've never had to write a bad review. However, felt compelled to warn others of the business practices used by this "real estate" agency. In seeking a prospective tenant, I blindly entrusted my 78 year old mother/landlord to the hands of this agency. We met with them and were told the would find adequate tenants for us. Well, immediately after our visit a "prospective tenant " showed up at my mother's doorstep. However, no realtor accompanied them. My mother had the job of showing this person around. One would figure with a hefty 1000 fee, the realty would do more than send someone over to the address. Well, on the same day , the realtor immediately called my mother in to come collect her money. I immediately asked for background and financial checks as we were told they'd collect to be told they merely had a social security income verification letter which only showed to cover a fraction of the rent. Upon demanding additional financial verification, the " realtors frantically made calls to request financial proof; something which should've been done prior to sending these people over. The realtor assured us they personally knew these people and that they would cause no problems. Well, these tenants have been a nightmare! They haven't paid rent in 4 months, they've moved at least 4 people in when the lease only states 2 and they have outright stated they will not move until they are forced out by the marshalls. Please do yourself a favor... With so many relators out there, go find yourself a decent agency who actually SHOWS apartments and does background checks. I don't wish anyone to have to go through the nightmare we are going through now thanks to this agency!
